Reward System at Last!

Thanks to reading two-year-old Forge posts, I've finally figured out the seed of a reward system that I like. I wrote up a sketch of it and posted it for input at the Forge in the thread Reward System at Last!. This is the last big chunk of ruleset; once this is hammered into place, I'll feel real damn good about the game's chances of seeing completion.

I just realized why I like this solution so much. Check it:

Thematic Batteries already allow the player to imbue the Imagined with important character aspects that fuel the System to validate the character. Full circle.

The Spoils Scrip encourages players to steer the System in ways which allow them to articulate the Imagined to contextualize each others' characters. Full circle again, in the opposite direction -- a complete Complement.

The two reward systems -- character effectiveness and character development -- will roar around the circle in opposite directions, knitting everything together nicely.

Now I just hope it actually works out in playtest.
